AUTHOR PROFILE Lloyd K. Mosemann II, currently a Senior Vice President for Business Development of a prominent international corporation, also served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for nearly twenty-five years. Among many other initiatives, he charted and guided the Air Force Software Technology Support Center, sponsoring its annual Software Technology Conference and Journal of Software Engineering. Lloyd, who has a bachelors and masters degree from the University of Chicago, has received numerous commendations and awards in the areas of Air Force and software engineering. He has been named in the Who's Who in America for the past twelve years.
