Is Armageddon Books affiliated with a particular Christian denomination?No. Armageddon Books is a Christian-owned family business that seeks to serve other Christians, regardless of denominational interests. Do you sell books on subjects other than Bible prophecy?We can special order almost any Christian product. However, on our web site, you'll only find items dealing directly with Bible prophecy and end-time events from a Christian perspective. We stock all the products we sell. Items listed as "Ships within 24 Hours" are currently in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. How long does it take to receive my order?Orders are shipped out within 24 hours by Priority Mail to U.S. destinations. Delivery times will vary slightly depending on your location in relation to our facility in West Jefferson, North Carolina. Also, you should allow at least one day for your order to be received and processed. I've never ordered anything through the Internet. How do I know my credit card information is safe?If you are using Netscape Navigator, notice the "key" symbol in the bottom left-hand corner. When you are surfing through general non-secure web pages the key is broken. However, when you access the Armageddon Books order form the key will be unbroken. This tells you that information submitted here is encrypted for safe transit over the Internet. I'm new to the Internet and would still prefer not to place my order online. Are other ordering options available?Yes. You may phone us toll-free at 1-877-577-8743 to place a credit card order. An order form that can be printed is available for mail and fax orders, or you may simply write your order on a separate sheet of paper and mail it. Do you release customer information to other companies?No. Any information submitted to Armageddon Books is held in the strictest confidence. We do NOT rent, sell, or distribute any customer information in any form or fashion. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information. Do you sell used products?No. All the books, videos, charts, etc. are brand new. Do you have a catalog?Yes. How do I get my book into your online bookstore?For submission guidelines and terms, click here. Do you offer discounts for institutional purchases?Yes. On institutional orders over $500 we offer a 10 percent across-the-board discount and free shipping. As with all other orders, payment must be received in advance. Do you wholesale to bookstores?Generally not. Armageddon Books is a retail outlet selling directly to consumers. However, there are a few titles we can offer at wholesale prices on volume purchases. Will you include a link to my prophecy web site?Armageddon Books will be happy to link to your site provided it deals primarily with biblical prophecy and contains sufficient content. Links will not be listed for sites that are basically advertisements. You may visit more than 180 prophecy web sites, and submit your prophecy site from our main links page.
