All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the order date printed on the enclosed receipt. Unless stated otherwise the following return policies apply to all orders:

Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return please contact us by phone or email.

Original Receipt
All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Customer Exchange or Refund
All merchandise must be received in new, salable condition for a replacement or credit to be issued. In the case of a refund, credit will only be issued to the account that was used to place the order, less a 15% restocking fee.

Shrinkwrapped Items
Software, DVDs, VHS Videos and other shrinkwrapped items are non-returnable if opened, however defective merchandise may be replaced (see below).

Incorrect Merchandise
We will promptly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that is the incorrect item. Shipping is refundable only if the wrong merchandise resulted from an error by Armageddon Books and provided that the incorrect merchandise is returned by USPS Media Mail Rate. If you made a mistake or have changed your mind, you will have to pay for all shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.

Defective Merchandise
We will promptly replace or, at our discretion, refund any merchandise that you receive that is damaged or defective. Provided that the defective merchandise is returned by USPS Media Mail Rate, we will credit the account used to place the order for the cost of return shipping upon receipt of the damaged or defective merchandise.

Return Packaging
An original receipt is required with all returns. Be sure to include the reason for the return or exchange. Please use USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking or Insurance for your own protection. Pack items securely so they are not damaged in the return shipment. No credit will be given for items that are received in damaged or unsalable condition.

CONCERNING YOUR ORDERS

Shipping and Handling

All orders shipped within the United States are sent by First Class / Priority Mail. Back-ordered items may be shipped by Media Mail. Please allow an extra day for order processing in addition to the shipping times listed above.

Shipping and handling charges on international orders includes insurance where applicable. (The USPS will not insure parcels to all countries)

Returns

Items may be returned for exchange only if the item is defective or damaged in shipment. In this case, we will also credit you for the return postage provided you return the item by the US Postal Service's Media Mail Rate. Otherwise, Armageddon Books does not accept returns.

Back Orders

Most orders are shipped complete within 24 hours. However, occasionally an item may be delayed. We will automatically place an out-of-stock book on back order and send it to you as soon as possible. If we anticipate a delay of more than two weeks, we will contact you for further instruction.

Pricing

All prices on this web site are current and listed in US dollars. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is listed on our web site, the customer will receive the lower price, whether it be the correct, or incorrect, price.

Security

Armageddon Books uses Netcape's Secure Sockets Layers technology to encrypt ordering information submitted over the internet. Other security measures include:

• Credit card numbers are not stored on any computer, networked or not.
• Card numbers are verified off line.
• Limited staff access to submitted information.
