DVD Video Format

All the DVD Videos sold by Armageddon Books are NTSC format and are designed to work on DVD players in the United States and Canada.

However, DVD's contain regional encoding. A DVD that is encoded Region One is compatable with DVD players sold in the United States and Canada, and may not play properly on a NTSC format DVD player in Europe. DVD's encoded Region 0 will play across all regions. Each DVD listing will contain its region code. If not code is listed, the code is Region 1.

Regional Codes are as follows:

Region 0: All Regions
Region 1: Canada, and the United States and its territories
Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East
Region 3: Southeast and East Asia (including Hong Kong)
Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, and the Caribbean
Region 5: The former Soviet Union, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia
Region 6: China

VHS Video Format

All the VHS Videos sold by Armageddon Books are NTSC format which is the standard in the United States. We do not offer PAL format videos which are the standard in the United Kingdom and Australia.
